Who Is Vince Grant...    

I have lived in the Seattle area for 30 years, and have four generations of family in this area. My wife, Traci, and I have three children, and are actively involved in coaching their soccer, baseball, and basketball teams, as well as various school activities. We are members of Canyon Hills Community Church, and Traci and I serve in marriage ministry and both lead small group bible studies. We also try to make a difference in our community and neighborhood by being involved with other activities that benefit children. For recreation we love to snow ski, water-ski and play tennis as a family.

 

I have been selling Real Estate for 15 years and have struggled personally, and have watched many other agents struggle, to provide excellence in all areas of my real estate practice. About 10 years ago I began to assemble my team to enable me to provide a higher level of service and attention to my clients in every area. From finding homes for buyers to higher quality and quantity of marketing for sellers to more detailed transaction follow up I know I now have all the bases covered well.

I am an owner of our 5 office network including our Bothell, Everett, Seattle, Cle Elm & Kirkland RE/MAX offices. Our offices all hold significant market share in their respective market areas.
